2011 Summer School Registration and Fees

Registration Process

Registering for the TCIPG Summer School requires two steps:

  1. CLOSED. Register with the TCIPG Summer School to choose your attendance option and submit payment.
  2. Register with the Q Center to reserve a room and arrange local transportation from the airport. The Q Center is a gated venue. Everyone (including commuters) must register with the Q Center to obtain an access badge.

NOTE for Graduate Students: Graduate students applying for student scholarships to attend the TCIPG Summer School do not need to register at this time. Scholarship recipients should use the Q Center url provided in their award letters (not the one provided on this website). 

Registration Fees

Register for the Full Week

$1750 - Regular Registration Fee
$2000 - Late Registration Fee (May 17 thru June 1)
Cancellation fee of $50 thru May 16, 2011. No refunds after May 16, 2011.

Full week includes:

  • All Summer School sessions (Monday to Friday)
  • Access to optional INL Hands-on Lab Session. Limited to 80 seats, first-come/first-served.
  • Reception on Sunday evening
  • Networking event on Wednesday evening
  • All meals Sunday evening through Friday noon

Student Rate for Full Week

Students must provide school affiliation and school email address (.edu) with registration.
$1250 - Student Registration Fee (thru June 1)
Cancellation fee of $50 thru May 16, 2011. No refunds after May 16, 2011.

Student Rate for the full week includes:

  • All Summer School sessions (Monday to Friday)
  • Access to optional INL Hands-on Lab Session. Limited to 80 seats, first-come/first-served.
  • Reception on Sunday evening
  • Networking event on Wednesday evening
  • All meals Sunday evening through Friday noon

Register for Two Consecutive Days

$1250 - Regular Registration Fee
$1500 - Late Registration Fee (May 17 thru June 1)
Cancellation fee of $50 thru May 16, 2011. No refunds after May 16, 2011.

Two-day option includes:

  • Two days of Summer School sessions
  • Access to optional INL Hands-on Lab Session, if available. Preference given to full registrants. Limited to 80 seats, first-come/first served.Optional reception on Sunday evening
  • Optional networking event on Wednesday evening
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on both days
