Abstract:

This paper connects the concept of trust with uncertainty and provides a de nition of trust. This de nition is used to propose a mathematical framework for trust modeling that is appropriate for critical infrastructure system applications. We provide two algorithms that are based on our framework with numerical simulations that sketches its e ectiveness on a sample power grid application. Simulation results demonstrate that our algorithms are highly e ective and accurate in making trust decisions.
