Exelon Smart Grid Multi-Service Communications Architecture
We will explore a practical implementation of Smart Grid communication technologies starting from a strategic framework based on business application requirements, evolving into a communications architecture that will securely deliver the Smart Grid. We will look at security implications, technology & standards and how they tie fundamental principles into product selection and deployment strategy.

The TCIPG Project, a successor to the earlier NSF-funded TCIP Center, was founded in 2009 with support from the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. It is housed in the Information Trust Institute, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
